The SFC Identified Team members are athletes at the “Train to Train” stage of the LTD. They need to hone their physical and mental skills, require regular coaching from an NCCP Comp Dev coach, build an understanding to develop a YTP, and attend competitions that are in line with their development level as an athlete. This will assist them in achieving higher stages of the long-term development and enter the High Performance Team (see HP criteria here).

Identified Team members are encouraged to participate in provincial, national, American and International Grand Prix competitions to gain experience and to develop their potential.
